Election Process
- For December 2023, all service positions are considered vacant AND this website listing will constitute posting one month prior to the election
- Must be in attendance at December 12 meeting
- Elections will be held by paper ballot prior to GSR reports on the agenda
- If a tie results from the paper ballots for any vacant position – numbers will be placed into a hat and the number drawn by the DCM shall be awarded the position
- If you wish to be nominated for a position, either nominate yourself or have someone nominate you
